Todd Price in the Times-Pic has a piece about the edible cocktails now being served at Ste. Marie, the first appearance of this booze-in-solid-form trend in New Orleans. These are not, repeat not anything like the things passed around at frat parties, Bourbon Street, and Mardi Gras: "Unlike the vodka-spiked jello shots passed around at Mardi Gras, these edible cocktails have to look and taste good."
