Brett Anderson thinks that Ralph Brennan's new-ish bistro Café B is good enough for three beans,. He writes that the restaurant is "is playing on the same court as some of the best restaurants in New Orleans," though its location in Metairie "influences everything from the menu to the kitchen hours to the soundtrack to the waiters' tableside schtick."
