The Times-Pic reports that Rick Tramonto and John Folse have tapped Chris Lusk to be the opening chef de cuisine at Restaurant R'Evolution. Lusk is currently at Café Adelaide, where he'll stay for the next week before jumping ship to what Brett Anderson refers to as "one of the more high-profile New Orleans restaurant openings in years." Lusk will be replaced at Adelaide by Chris Barbato from Commander's. [TP]
