Craft Booze Gone Bad Redux

LiquorQL.jpgHere's the second part of Tim McNally's discussion of the state of craft cocktails in New Orleans, in which he looks at the issue from the other side of the bar. McNally gives a pretty thoughtful and in-depth examination of the many factors that can go wrong when you're trying to get a good drink, which leads to: "Keep it simple. Keep it within economic abilities. And keep the order within parameters with which you are familiar." In other words, don't try new things, there's too much that can go wrong. [MyNewOrleans.com]
