Via Todd Price at the Times-Pic, here's a sneak peek of the bar and wine offerings at Restaurant R'Evolution, the upcoming restaurant at the Royal Sonesta. A collaboration between John Folse and Rick Tramonto, R'Evolution's opening has been delayed until next year, giving wine and spirits director Molly Wismeier (a relocated Chicagoan) more time to act in her secondary capacity as "a student of all things New Orleans."
