On last night's episode of Cooking Channel's Eat St., James Cunningham came to New Orleans to check out Drago's charbroiled oysters, served from their customized fire engine food truck, The Charbroiling Engine Co. In the video, people eat oysters and jambalaya from the truck, Tommy Cvitanovich shows how they've tricked it out to carry beer kegs, and one woman totally says "erster."
And for the record, if you want to check out the Drago's fire truck, it posts up on Loyola Ave to tailgate for every Saints game.
Video: Ersters and More from the Charbroiled Engine Co.
Co-owner Tommy Cvitanovich demonstrates Drago's recipes for charbroiled oysters, jambalaya, and crab cakes from their fire engine food truck.
