Unveiled Friday by a buncha state officials, GulfSource contains "data collected by the Louisiana departments of wildlife and fisheries, environmental quality, health and hospitals, and agriculture and forestry," all in an effort to "overcome consumer resistance to Louisiana seafood." So yeah, that's a lot of data to pore over before your next shrimp boil. [TP]
