Just in time to turn all Krampus Claus, dropping a load in your stocking and stuff, City Council has freshly introduced some severe new noise ordinance revisions right before they go on holiday. Plans for "strict new limits on decibel levels that opponents said could damage the city's storied live music scene" and that council has based on "a seven-point proposal created and approved by a coalition of neighborhood groups," could be voted on as early as January.
